The Custom Enchant Shop is the menu behind /enchantshop (alias /ce). It is where custom enchanting starts: you pay XP for runes, Mystery Dust and Black Scrolls, salvage books you no longer need, and look up what every enchant does at every level.
All prices are in XP points, the total experience you hold, not levels. Every button shows the price and how much XP you currently have.

Rarity pages#
Clicking a rarity opens two buttons.
- Buy a rune. The emerald button costs the rarity price and gives you one rune of that rarity. If you do not have enough XP the button turns into a barrier and a purchase tells you how much XP you need. If your inventory is full the rune drops at your feet. Rarities that are not sold (KOTH) show "Not for sale".
- View Enchants. A paged list of every enchant of that rarity in the current mode. Hovering shows the description at the maximum level. Enchants that cannot come out of a rune are marked as unavailable ("This enchantment isn't for sale using XP"). Clicking an enchant opens a list of all of its levels with the description of each level.

Each Mystery Dust you buy has a random boost between 1% and 20%, shown on the item after purchase.
Salvage Books#
Salvage Books removes the enchanted books from your inventory and pays back 25% of the rune price of each book's rarity. A confirmation menu asks you to confirm before anything is taken. If you have no salvageable books the shop tells you so.

- The refund depends on the rarity of the book, not on its level or success rate.
- Exclusive-rarity books are never salvaged. In Lifesteal, KOTH books are not salvaged either.
Exclusive Enchants browser#
The Exclusive Enchants button opens a menu that previews the limited-time exclusive sets, one button per set. Each set button opens the list of that set's enchants with their descriptions. The menu can also show older sets whose crates can no longer be obtained. Exclusive enchants are only previewed here; nothing can be bought. See Exclusive Enchants for the sets you can get in each mode.
Chat alerts#
When someone buys a rune, opens a rune or reveals a book, the server can announce it in chat, for example "Steve purchased Legendary Rune! (Use /ce to get your own)". Alerts for the same player are combined if they happen within about two seconds of each other. You can switch these announcements off with the Enchant Alerts toggle in /options.
