Buddies are companions you collect as pet vouchers. Unlike cosmetic pets (Pets) they carry a gameplay boost, such as bonus damage, damage reduction, shop sell value or XP, that applies while the buddy is deployed. Buddies on the hub and Skyblock have no boosts.

Getting and deploying buddies#
- Right-click a buddy voucher to add the buddy to your storage ("Right-Click to redeem!").
- Open
/buddies. Every stored buddy appears with its ID and whether it is deployed. - Click a buddy to open Manage Pet: Deploy Pet, Undeploy Pet or Withdraw Pet (turns the buddy back into a voucher after a confirmation).
- Deploy All Pets and Undeploy All Pets act on every stored buddy.
You can have at most 10 buddies deployed at once. Buddy effects stack with each other, so ten deployed buddies add up. Buddies you have stored but not deployed do nothing.
Buddy presets#
Pet Presets saves the buddies you have deployed right now as a named setup that you can deploy again later. You can keep up to 5 presets and a name can be up to 24 characters. If some buddies in a preset are no longer available they are skipped and the menu shows how many were missing, and buddies that would exceed the 10 deployed limit stay in storage.
