Connecting to Netherite

The server address, the Bedrock port, supported versions and which join guide to follow for Java, Bedrock or console.

Netherite is a free Minecraft network that Java Edition and Bedrock Edition players share. Everyone connects to the same address, and nobody needs a whitelist or a subscription. You only need a legitimate Minecraft account.

The address#

Java Editionconnect.netherite.ggdefault (leave blank)
Bedrock Editionconnect.netherite.gg19132
Consoleconnect.netherite.gg19132, through a phone app

You always arrive in the hub when you use this address. Each gamemode also has its own address. Joining with one of those skips the hub. They are listed on Servers and Gamemodes.

Supported versions#

  • Java Edition: Minecraft 1.21.4 or newer. Older clients are refused at login with the message "Your client is outdated. We only support 1.21.4+". The network itself runs Minecraft 26.3, and the gamemode buttons in the selector are labelled (26.3). The login screen recommends using the latest version of Minecraft.
  • Bedrock Edition: mobile and Windows. Keep Minecraft updated. Bedrock players share the same worlds as Java players.
  • Accounts: Java players need a legitimate Java Edition account. Bedrock players sign in with their Xbox profile.

What to expect after joining#

  1. You land in the hub, get a welcome message, and receive the selector items. See Getting Started in the Hub.
  2. Your client may offer you the server resource pack. Accept it to see custom items and menus. See Server Resource Pack.
  3. Open the selector and pick a mode: Skyblock, Prison, Lifesteal or Survival. See Servers and Gamemodes.

If you cannot connect#

Connection Troubleshooting covers the usual causes: outdated client, wrong Bedrock port, a login that is already active, and resource pack problems. If none of them fit, open a ticket (Support Tickets) or ask on Discord (Contacting Staff).
