My Orders

The My Orders page lists your store purchases with product, price, date and delivery status (Pending, Processing, Completed or Failed), 10 per page, newest first.

My Orders is your personal purchase history for the website store. Each row is something you bought with gems, with the price you paid and whether it has been delivered to your account in game. Only you can see your orders.

Open it from the avatar menu in the top bar (My Orders), or search for "My orders" in the site search (Site Search and Player Search). The page is titled Order history. You must be signed in (Signing In to the Website); signed-out visitors see "Sign in to see your orders".

The list#

The table has four columns:

ColumnMeaning
ProductThe product name. A quantity such as "×3" appears under it when you bought more than one, for example a crate bundle. A product that has left the store shows its internal name instead
PriceWhat you paid in gems, after any sale or VIP discount
DateThe day you bought it
StatusDelivery state, below

Orders are listed newest first, 10 per page, with Prev and Next and a "Page X of Y" counter. The page loads your most recent 100 purchases; older ones are not shown. With no purchases it says "No purchases yet. Anything you buy from the store will show up here."

Order statuses#

StatusMeaningWhat to do
PendingThe purchase was recorded and is waiting to be deliveredWait a minute or two
ProcessingDelivery is under wayJoin the game server and check
CompletedDeliveredNothing
FailedThe purchase did not completeOpen a ticket (Support Tickets on the Website) with the product name and date

When you buy, the store says "Purchase complete! Your items are being delivered in-game." Gems are taken at once and delivery is retried until it works, so a product that is Pending or Processing is not lost.

If the page cannot be loaded it says "Couldn't load your orders. Please try again."

What this page does not show#

Tips#

  • If something looks missing, check the status first, then your in-game inventory or rank, before opening a ticket.
  • Keep the product name and the date from this page when you contact support; it makes the ticket much faster to resolve.
