Homes

Homes

Homes are saved teleport points. Set them with /sethome, return with /home, and the number you can keep depends on your donor rank and the gamemode you are on.

Available on Skyblock, Prison, Lifesteal and Survival.

Homes let you save a spot and teleport back to it at any time. A home keeps its name, location and the date you set it, and it is stored on your account, so you can teleport to it from another server of the same gamemode.

Commands#

CommandAliasesEffect
/home/homesOpens the Your homes menu. Click a home (a red bed) to teleport to it. With no homes it says "You have no homes!"
/home <name>/homes <name>Teleports to the named home. Tab completion lists your homes
/sethome <name>Saves your current position as a home with that name
/delhome <name>Deletes a home

The Your homes menu shows, for each home: its name, the X and Z coordinates, the world, and the date it was created.

Setting a home#

You can set a home only if all of these are true:

  • You are standing on solid ground ("Your home must be on the ground!").
  • You are above Y -64 ("Your home must be above Y -64!").
  • You are somewhere the gamemode allows homes (see below), otherwise "You can't create homes here!".
  • You have not reached your home limit ("You have reached the maximum amount of homes!").

If you use a name that already exists you are asked to confirm Override Home ("Are you sure you want to override your current home") and the old home is replaced.

Home limits by rank#

The number of homes comes from your donor rank. Ranks and their limits are listed on Donor Ranks.

GamemodeLimit by rank
SkyblockStone: 3, Coal: 5, Iron: 8, Gold: 8, Obsidian: 10, Diamond: 10, Emerald: 12
LifestealLord: 12, Overlord: 15, Immortal: 99, Wraith: 99, Reaper: 99
SurvivalAxolotl: 4, Allay: 6, Glare: 8, Illusioner: 10, Hoglin: 12, Strider: 99

Prison ranks do not list a home limit. The global Netherite rank has 99 home slots on every gamemode (Netherite Rank).

Teleporting to a home#

  • Lifesteal has a 3 second warm-up before home and other teleports; moving or taking damage cancels it ("Teleport cancelled! You moved." or "You took damage."). Other gamemodes teleport immediately.
  • "Warping you to <home>..." appears when the teleport starts.
  • If the destination server is restarting or the world cannot load you see "Home <name> couldn't be loaded! Try again in a second!". Wait a moment and retry.

Tips#

  • Homes work across servers of the same gamemode. If the home is on another server you are sent there.
  • On Skyblock your island also has its own home point, see Skyblock Islands.
  • To return to where you died or teleported from, use /back, see Teleporting.
