Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These terms apply to everything Netherite ("we", "us") operates: our website, our Minecraft network, and our Discord application and servers (together, the "services"). By joining our Minecraft servers, creating an account on our website, or using our Discord application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Minecraft and Discord in your country to use the services. You must also comply with the agreements of the platforms we build on, including the Minecraft EULA and Discord's Terms of Service.
3. Your account
Your access to the services is tied to your Minecraft account, and optionally to your Discord account if you link it. You are responsible for activity that happens through your accounts. Do not share accounts, access someone else's account, or misrepresent your identity to our staff.
4. Rules of conduct
The in-game and community rules published on our servers and in our Discord are part of these terms. In short: no cheating, exploiting, or unauthorized client modifications that give unfair advantages; no harassment, hate speech, or threats; no spam, advertising, or scamming; no attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the services. We may update the rules as the network evolves.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Ranks, currencies, cosmetics, and other store items are licensed to you for use on our network — they are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for money. Purchases are tied to the account they were bought for. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items as part of operating the game. Unless required by law, purchases are final; initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create on the services (builds, messages, suggestions, applications), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the network. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Enforcement
We may warn, mute, kick, temporarily ban, or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, and we may restrict access to the services at our discretion to protect players and the network. Punishments can be disputed through the appeal process. Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds of prior purchases.
8. Availability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the network online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, updates, or resets may change or remove in-game progress. We are not an official Minecraft or Discord product and are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Discord.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or Discord server, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
