The Netherite store is where you buy ranks, crate keys and extras. Everything in the store is priced in gems. You buy gems with real money on the website, then spend them either on the website or in-game with /store. Purchases are delivered to your account automatically.
How buying works#
- Create or sign in to your account on the website. The store works from your account, so your purchases, balance and order history follow you. See Your Netherite Account.
- Top up gems if you do not have enough. Gem packs are bought on the website's Buy Gems page and are credited to your account balance.
- Choose a gamemode storefront. Skyblock, Survival, Lifesteal and Prison each have their own catalog. Products marked as global are available in every catalog.
- Pick a product and confirm. The confirm window shows the final gem price, your balance and your balance after the purchase.
- Play. The purchase is delivered to the gamemode it was bought for and announced in chat.
You can do steps 3 to 5 in-game with /store instead of the website.
What is sold#
The catalog differs per gamemode and changes over time. The main categories are:

| VIP | A recurring membership with a daily gem claim and a store discount. VIP is bought on the website and described on VIP Membership. |
Rank ladders and upgrades#
Ranks of a gamemode form a ladder. If you already own a lower rank, buying a higher one charges only the difference: the confirm window shows an Upgrade price next to the struck-through full price and names the rank you own that is credited against it. A product that you already own, or one that sits below a rank you hold, is marked Owned and cannot be bought again.
Multi-buy packs#
Crate keys and similar items are often sold as a pack picker with several amounts, for example a single key and bigger bundles that include free extra keys. The menu shows the price per item and how much you save compared with buying singles.
Free rank claims#
Some entry ranks can be claimed for free. A free rank costs 0 gems but must be claimed on the website after you meet the steps shown on its card:
- Sign in on the website
- Link your Discord account (see Linking Your Discord Account)
- Claim it on the website
- Subscribe to marketing emails (shown only on products that need it)
Players without a rank are reminded in chat every 5 minutes that the entry rank is free to claim. In /store a product that is still locked shows which steps are missing.
Sales and discounts#
Sales are time-limited discounts that the store applies automatically. A sale can cover the whole store, one category or one product, and the menus show the discount label, the old and new price and a countdown. When several sales cover the same product the single biggest discount is used, so sales do not stack with each other. When you buy a product on sale, the chat announcement mentions the sale and how many gems you saved.
VIP members also get 5% off the final gem price of store purchases. The confirm window shows the VIP discount line, and non-members see a hint of what VIP would save. See VIP Membership.
Promotions can also include free claims, such as a limited number of free crate keys. The confirm window then shows Claim for free and how many free claims you have left.
The in-game store#
Open the store with /store (aliases /gemstore and /gems-store). The menus are:

Product cards and the confirm window show one of these states:

| Purchase limit reached | You have bought the maximum allowed. |
| Continue on the website | A free claim that is finished on the website store. |
| Link Discord on the website, Complete requirements on the website | A claim step is missing. |
| No longer available / Unavailable | The product was removed or switched off. |
| You need N more gems | Not enough gems. Click for top-up options. |
The confirm window checks the price with the server before you pay. If a sale started or ended and the price changed, you are asked to review the new price and confirm again, and Refresh price reloads it. If the result of a purchase does not arrive, the window shows Check purchase: click it to retry the same purchase. A purchase that was already processed is not charged a second time.
Delivery and claiming#
Purchases are delivered to the gamemode they were bought for as soon as you are online there. If you buy on the website while offline, the purchase waits in a queue and is delivered when you next join that gamemode. A chat message tells everyone what you bought.
If a purchase has not arrived:
- Join the gamemode the product was bought for and wait a minute or two.
- Check Order History on the website to confirm the purchase completed.
- If it still has not arrived, open a support ticket. See Support Tickets.
Tips#
- Spend your gems in the gamemode storefront you actually play: products are scoped to a gamemode unless marked global.
- Buy crate keys in multi-buy packs for the best price per key, and look at the savings line before you confirm.
- Join Discord and link your account before you check the store, so free claims are ready.
- Check the sale banner on the store menu before spending gems.
