The website keeps two help libraries: Information, a set of written articles such as rules, guides and help pages that the staff team maintain, and Video tutorials, short videos that walk through the main systems. Both are public.
Information (guides and rules)#
Open Community > Information (also Guides & rules on the home page and in the footer), titled Guides & rules ("Rules, guides, and help articles."). In the site search the same page is called Rules & guides (Site Search and Player Search).
Finding an article#
- The page lists every article you can see, grouped under section headings such as the rules, guides and help topics, each with an article count ("N ARTICLES"). Sections and their order are chosen by the staff team.
- Search information... at the top searches the articles. Results show how many matched ("3 results for ...") or "No results for ...".
- A card is a clickable title with "Read the guide". Cards for articles that are not open to everyone carry a badge: Logged in (signed-in players only) or Restricted.
- Need a hand? at the top right opens support (Support Tickets on the Website).
An empty library says "No information is available yet."
Reading an article#
An article opens on its own page with an Information link back to the list, its title and its content. If an article is not open to you the page says "Page not found. This page doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it." Articles can be open to everyone, to signed-in players, or to a restricted group.
Video tutorials#
Open Community > Tutorials (also in the footer), titled Video tutorials. It shows "N video guides" and a What would you like to learn? search box that filters by title, description and topic. Each guide shows a video thumbnail that opens the video on YouTube in a new tab (Watch Tutorial), with a collapsible What you'll learn list of its topics.

The guides map to game pages: islands to Skyblock Islands, towns to Towns, clans to Clans, the auction house to Auction House, chest shops to Chest Shops and gems to Gems.
Tips#
- Try Information first for rule questions: it is the authoritative text.
- Videos show how a system works; for exact current numbers use the wiki and the in-game menus.
- If you cannot find an answer, search again with a shorter word, then open a ticket.
