The Staff page is the public list of the people who run and moderate Netherite. Each staff member appears once, with their skin and name, under the highest staff rank they hold. Click anyone to open their player profile (Player Profiles).
Open Community > Staff Team (also Staff team in the footer), headed Staff ("The people behind the world"). It needs no sign-in. The in-game staff ranks themselves are described on Donor Ranks.
What the page shows#
- A rank list on the side jumps to each section; each entry shows how many members the rank has.
- One section per rank, highest first, each headed with the rank name and "N MEMBERS". The ranks run from Owner at the top down to Trainee; a rank with nobody in it is left out.
- A card for each member: a full-body picture of their Minecraft skin and their name, sorted alphabetically within the rank. Clicking opens their profile.
- Join the team at the top right opens the staff applications (Staff Applications on the Website).
A player who holds several staff ranks is listed only under the highest one.
If the list cannot be loaded the page says "The staff list is currently unavailable. Please check back later." The list is cached for about five minutes, so a promotion or a departure can take that long to show.
Contacting staff#
The page is a directory, not a contact form. To reach staff use a support ticket (Support Tickets on the Website), a punishment appeal (Punishment Appeals on the Website) or the in-game and Discord channels described in Support and Help. Staff replies on support tickets and staff applications appear under the generic name Netherite Staff rather than a person's name.
