The website store is where you spend gems on ranks, crates and keys, perks and cosmetics for each game mode, claim free ranks, and buy gems with real money. Items you buy are delivered to your account in game. This page covers the website; what each product does is documented on Store and Gems.
Open Store in the top bar. Browsing the whole catalog with prices is open to signed-out visitors; buying needs a signed-in account (Signing In to the Website).
Two currencies, two steps#
- Gems are the store's currency. Every rank, crate, perk and cosmetic product costs gems.
- You buy gems with real money on the Buy Gems page, checked out through the payment provider.
Your gem balance shows next to the Buy Gems button in the top bar and in the store header.
Browsing#
The store opens on a Browse the store landing:

Inside a game mode you pick a gamemode tab at the top and then a category tile (for example ranks, crates and keys, perks and boosters, cosmetics). Categories and products differ per mode, and a mode with nothing on sale shows "Nothing here yet. There are no products for this gamemode right now."
A sale banner above the tiles appears while a sale is running, with its name, the headline discount (such as "25% OFF" or "500 gems off") and a countdown. Category tiles carry an "Up to N% off" flag when something in them is discounted.
Product cards#
A card shows the product, its price in gems and a button that depends on your situation:

Sale and VIP savings are shown as "-N%" with "You save X". Crates can show quantity choices such as a single key or a bundle, and list their Drop chances.
Buying a product#
- Click Buy (or Upgrade). The confirm dialog opens.
- Check the product, the quantity (crates), the Total and Your balance. The price is re-checked for you; if a sale ended in the meantime you see "The price changed. Please review the new total and confirm again."
- Click Confirm & buy (or Confirm upgrade).
- The site says "Purchase complete! Your items are being delivered in-game." Delivery continues even if you log out and is retried until it succeeds. Check My Orders for the status (My Orders).
If your balance is too low the dialog says "Not enough gems" and opens a top-up for the gap; when the gems arrive the purchase dialog opens again so you can finish.

Free rank claim#
Some entry ranks can be claimed for free. A checklist on the card shows which steps you have done:
- Link your Discord (Account Settings).
- Signed in on the website.
- Claim on the website: the claim is completed here, not in game.
- Subscribe to marketing emails, when the claim lists it.
When every step is ticked the button reads Claim for free and the confirm dialog says "Free for linked, signed-in players, claimed here on the website." Players who have no rank in their game mode are reminded in chat every 5 minutes with a link to claim it (Donor Ranks).
Buy gems#
Click Buy Gems in the top bar or in the store header to open the Buy Gems page ("Delivered to your account in-game."). It lists the gem packs, from small to very large ones; a pack marked Best value gives the most gems for the money. The page can also be opened by an in-game link.
- Click Add to cart on a pack. The cart is a side panel (or the Your cart button on a phone).
- Adjust quantities with the plus and minus buttons. A cart holds at most 7 different packs, 10 of each, and 20 packs in total ("Cart limit reached").
- Review Package gems, Projected Vault rewards, the gem total and Est. you pay (before tax). The Gem Vault panel shows how the purchase moves you toward the next level (The Gem Vault).
- Click checkout. The payment provider shows taxes and payment details before you pay. On a computer it opens in a window over the page; on a phone it opens in the same tab and returns you afterwards.
- When the payment is confirmed the gems are delivered to your balance and any purchase you were in the middle of is offered again.
If the pack list cannot be loaded the page says "Top-up is temporarily unavailable" with Try again. Signed-out visitors see example packs and a "Log in to buy gems" button.
VIP membership#
VIP is a monthly subscription paid with real money, not with gems. Its card on the store landing, VIP Membership, shows the monthly price and the current perk list; click Subscribe to VIP (signed-out visitors see Sign in to subscribe) and pay in the same checkout window as gem packs. Once you are a member the card reads "You're a VIP.", shows "VIP since ..." and offers Manage subscription instead. VIP members get 5% off store products; the confirm dialog shows the VIP discount as applied. What VIP gives you in game is covered on VIP Membership.
Tips#
- Sign in before browsing so cards show your prices, upgrade credit and what you already own.
- Use the account menu My Orders to confirm delivery before opening a ticket.
- Read the Purchase terms tile ("Buyer agreement & refunds") before buying; it sets out the refund rules.
