The Lottery is a recurring money draw. Players buy tickets during a round, and when the round ends one ticket is drawn and its owner wins every ticket's money. The more tickets you hold, the better your chance.
The lottery runs on Skyblock, Lifesteal and Survival. It is turned off on Prison and does not exist in the hub. Each gamemode has its own lottery, paid in that gamemode's money.

How a round works#
- A new round starts about a minute after the last one ended. Chat shows LOTTERY STARTED with "Use /lottery buy <amount> to purchase tickets!".
- Buy tickets with
/lottery buy <tickets>or from the menu. The cost is taken from your balance right away. Everyone sees "Player has entered the lottery with 10 tickets!". - You can buy more tickets later in the same round, up to 100 in total.
- After 30 minutes the round ends and one ticket is drawn at random.
- The winner's prize is paid straight to their balance, online or not, and chat shows "The lottery has ended! Congratulations Player for winning $500,000!".
Odds and prize example#
Your chance to win is your tickets divided by all tickets sold.
| Player | Tickets | Paid | Chance to win |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | 10 | $50,000 | 10% |
| B | 20 | $100,000 | 20% |
| C | 70 | $350,000 | 70% |
| Total | 100 | $500,000 |
Whoever wins takes the whole $500,000 pot. There is no tax or house cut.
Not enough players#
If fewer than 2 different players bought tickets, nobody wins. Everyone who bought tickets gets their money back, and chat shows "The lottery has ended! Not enough players entered, so there is no winner!". The next round starts a minute later.
