Direct Offers on Unlisted Cosmetics

Offer gems for a cosmetic another player owns but has not listed, with your gems held for 7 days; owners accept or decline on Incoming Offers, and you track yours on Direct Offers.

A direct offer (the site and game also call it an unlisted offer) is a price you put on a cosmetic that another player owns but has not listed for sale. The owner can accept it and sell, or decline. Your gems are held for the whole time the offer is open. This is how you go after a cosmetic that never appears on the market.

If the cosmetic is listed, direct offers are refused; buy it or make an offer on the listing instead.

Make a direct offer#

  1. Sign in and open the owner's profile (Player Profiles). On the Cosmetics tab every cosmetic card has a Make Offer button (not on your own profile).
  2. In Make Offer for <cosmetic> your balance and your balance after the offer are shown. Type Your Offer in gems.
  3. Click Offer <amount> (the button reads Submit Offer until a valid amount is entered). The site says "Offer sent successfully!"

The offer amount is taken from your balance immediately. If you cannot cover it the dialog says "You don't have enough balance to make this offer".

If the owner has an active ban or blacklist, the offer is refused. The owner gets an "Unlisted offer received" notification in the Marketplace category (Website Notifications), and offers are announced to players online in game chat and in the community Discord.

Track the offers you sent#

Open Offers & Orders > Direct Offers (titled My Unlisted Offers). Each card shows the cosmetic, Offered to the owner (or Purchased from once accepted), Your offer, a status badge and, while pending, when it expires.

"Offer cancelled successfully" confirms a cancel; "This offer cannot be cancelled in its current state" appears if you try to cancel one that is no longer pending. You can cancel even while your own account has an active ban or blacklist.

Respond to offers you received#

Open Offers & Orders > Incoming Offers, described as "Manage offers from other players on your cosmetics." It has two lists:

  • Pending Offers: each card shows who offered, the cosmetic and the amount, with Accept and Decline.
  • Offer History: answered offers, labelled Sold to <player> for accepted ones.

You can also answer from your own profile: a cosmetic with pending offers shows a View Offers (N) button on its card. That dialog shows what you would receive after the 1% sale fee (Selling on the Marketplace).

  • Accept sells the cosmetic to the buyer at the offered price. The cosmetic leaves your collection and the gems, minus the fee, are paid to you. Some accounts are exempt from the fee. Placed furniture is taken down automatically. Other players' pending offers on the same cosmetic stay open until they expire or are cancelled.
  • Decline returns the buyer's gems and closes the offer.

You cannot accept or decline while your account has an active ban or blacklist, and an offer from a buyer who is now banned or blacklisted cannot be accepted ("Failed to respond").

Tips#

  • Offer a fair price: an owner who gets many offers can only accept one, and your gems stay held for up to 7 days.
  • Cancel offers you no longer want so your gems are free again.
  • Players under a ban or blacklist cannot send, receive, accept or decline direct offers until it ends, but they can still cancel offers they sent.
