Donor ranks are permanent and are bought through the store. This page covers the ways to get a rank and how upgrades are priced. For what each rank gives, see Donor Ranks.
Free entry rank#
Where a gamemode offers a free entry rank, players who do not own any rank on that gamemode get a chat reminder every 5 minutes that it can be claimed for free: link your Discord account, sign in on the website, and claim the rank there. See Linking Your Discord Account.
Buying a rank#
Use /store or /buy to get to the store, or open one of the rank information menus:

Each information menu shows the rank's perks in groups (land and homes, economy and listings, utility commands), the rank kit and a Purchase button. Ranks are permanent. On Skyblock and Survival the rank upgrade menu shows "Click to purchase on our store!" for ranks you do not own yet and "Owned" for ranks you do.
Upgrade pricing#
When you buy a higher rank on the same ladder you do not pay twice: the store takes the current price of the highest rank you already own off the price of the new one, never going below zero. Sales are applied to both prices before the subtraction, and the VIP discount (VIP) is applied last.
Rank vouchers#
Some crates and events give rank vouchers: a voucher grants the rank for a limited time (for example 7 days of Diamond or Emerald on Skyblock, or 30 days of Netherite). The voucher warns that you must track the expiry yourself, because the rank simply ends.
Custom rank and custom prefix#
The Custom rank lets you design your own rank prefix. You change it on the website's account settings (Account Settings), not in game. Changes are limited:
- A change costs 500 gems, except one free change every 7 days.
- A Custom Rank Prefix Change store item gives a name-change credit that pays for one change.
- Prefix length, symbols and wording are validated and a word filter applies; staff can revert prefixes.
Bedrock to Java transfer#
Players who bought a rank on a Bedrock account can have it moved to a Java account with the Bedrock to Java Rank transfer item in the store. Ask support for help if you are unsure, see Support and Help.
