Hats are cosmetic items worn on your head. A hat sits in your helmet slot and never drops when you die. Hats are one of several cosmetic families described on Cosmetics.

Getting hats#
Hats come out of crates as part of a collection, as a cosmetic voucher. Right-click the voucher to add the hat to your account, then equip it from the menu. See Cosmetics Menus and Vouchers for vouchers, extracting hats back into items and the marketplace, and Crates for how crates work.
Wearing a hat#
- Open
/hatsand choose My hats. - Click the hat, then click Apply the hat.
- To take it off, open the same menu and click Remove hat, or click the hat in your helmet slot.

The Pirate Tricorn has no listed collection. Hats that are no longer offered can only be obtained from an existing voucher or trade.
Menu#
The Hats menu has three buttons: Preview all Hats (every hat and how many players own it; click one to see its owners), My hats (your owned hats, with search), and Find Other Players (type a name to view their hats). Clicking one of your hats opens a small menu with Apply the hat, Remove hat and Extract the hat.
