The website publishes two legal documents: the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Both state the effective date September 17, 2026. This page summarises them for players; it is not legal advice and the published documents are the authority. They are linked from the footer of every page (Terms of service, Privacy policy), and each one links the other and support. In the store, the Privacy policy and Purchase terms tiles under Help & Policies open the payment provider's own documents (The Website Store).
Terms of Service#
The terms apply to everything the network runs: the website, the Minecraft network and the Discord application and servers. By joining the servers, creating a website account or using the Discord application you agree to them.
| Topic | What it says |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | You must meet the minimum age required by Minecraft and Discord where you live and follow the Minecraft EULA and Discord's Terms of Service |
| Accounts | Access is tied to your Minecraft account, and your Discord account if you link it. You are responsible for activity on your accounts. Do not share accounts, use someone else's, or misrepresent your identity to staff |
| Rules | The in-game and community rules are part of the terms: no cheating, exploiting or unauthorized client modifications; no harassment, hate speech or threats; no spam, advertising or scamming; no attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the services. Rules can change (Server Rules) |
| Virtual items | Ranks, currencies, cosmetics and other store items are licensed for use on the network. They are not your property, have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for money. Purchases belong to the account they were bought on. Items can be adjusted, rebalanced or discontinued |
| Purchases | Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. Starting a chargeback instead of contacting support may lead to suspension |
| Your content | You keep ownership of what you create (builds, messages, suggestions, applications) but license the network to host, display and use it to run and promote the services. Content that breaks the terms can be removed |
| Punishments | Accounts that break the terms can be warned, muted, kicked, temporarily banned or permanently banned. Punishments can be disputed through the appeal process (Punishment Appeals on the Website). Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds of earlier purchases |
| Availability | Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, updates or resets may change or remove in-game progress. The network is not an official Minecraft or Discord product |
| Liability | Liability is limited as far as the law allows, to the amount paid in the previous twelve months |
| Changes | Material changes are announced on the website or Discord and the effective date changes. Continuing to use the services means you accept them |
Privacy Policy#
The policy explains how data is handled across the website, the Minecraft network and the Discord application.
What is collected#
- Sign-in data. When you sign in with Microsoft the site receives your Minecraft profile (UUID and username) to verify ownership and the email address of the Microsoft account. It never sees your password. You can also sign in with a short in-game code (Signing In to the Website).
- Marketing email. The Microsoft email is stored so the network can send occasional news, updates and offers. Outside the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are subscribed by default and can opt out at any time; inside those regions the network asks for explicit consent first. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email or from Account Settings. A minimal record of your consent choice is kept for compliance.
- Discord data. Linking Discord uses Discord's sign-in with its minimal identify permission: your Discord ID, username and avatar. The network does not request your email, messages or friends list.
- Link records. A record of your Discord ID, your Minecraft UUID, when you linked and whether you chose to show your Discord name on your profile (hidden by default).
- Discord server data. In the network's own Discord servers the bot processes roles and boost status to keep Discord roles in step with your in-game ranks and to grant boost rewards. It processes the commands you send it, but it does not read or store general chat and cannot read your direct messages. It only sends notifications you have opted into.
What it is used for#
Verifying and linking accounts, syncing ranks to Discord roles, boost rewards, service notifications by direct message (offline private messages, updates on tickets, appeals and applications), running support, appeal, suggestion and staff application systems, marketing email unless you opted out, and moderation and security.
Sharing and retention#
Personal data is not sold or rented. It is shared only with Discord, with the infrastructure providers that host the services, or when the law requires it. Link records last as long as the accounts are linked; in-game link codes expire shortly after creation; support, moderation and reward records are kept as long as needed to run the network.
Your choices#
| Choice | How |
|---|---|
| Unlink Discord | The /unlink command in Discord or the Discord card in account settings; unlinking deletes the link record |
| Stop marketing emails | The unsubscribe link in any email or the Marketing emails card in account settings |
| Hide your Discord name | It is only shown on your profile if you turn it on |
| Message privacy and blocking | Account settings, Privacy card (Friends and Messages on the Website) |
| Copy or deletion of your data | Open a support ticket or contact the network on Discord (Support Tickets on the Website) |
| Leave Discord | Leaving the servers stops processing of your server membership data |
The services are not directed at children under 13, or the higher minimum age Discord requires in your country.
Cookie choice banner#
A banner can appear at the bottom of the site: "We use cookies to measure our ads and understand how players find the server. You can accept to help us improve, or continue with only essential cookies." It links to the privacy policy and has two buttons, Essential only and Accept. Advertising and analytics storage stays off until you accept, and your choice is remembered so the banner only shows until you decide.
