Island recruitment connects Skyblock players who need an island with islands that need members. Island staff open a recruitment listing in game; the website publishes every listing that is recruiting in a public directory so you can compare islands before you apply. The page is browse-only: you apply in game.
Find the directory through the site search: search for "Islands recruiting" (Site Search and Player Search). It is public and needs no sign-in. Its heading is Islands Recruiting, and the numbers on it update live.
Browsing the directory#
Each island that is recruiting is a card with the island name, its headline, the start of its description, badges and three stats.
Sort buttons: Recommended (default), Active now, Newest, Island value and Most space. The toggle at the right switches between "Showing islands with space" (default) and "Showing all islands", which also lists full ones. Up to 24 cards are shown, with no further pages.

Click a card to open the island's page (Skyblock Island Pages). An empty directory says "No islands are recruiting right now" and "Island owners can open recruitment in game from the island menu. Check back soon."
Applying in game#
The website does not accept applications. You apply in game, where the server checks your free island slots, island bans and the island's requirements.

/is find(also/is browseor/is recruitment) to open the Find an Island browser, pick an island and apply. An island with Instant join lets you in right away. - Run
/is myapplications(also/is myapps) to see your applications.
Island staff manage their listing with /is recruit (Co-Owner and above by default) and answer applicants with /is applications (Officer and above by default). The full in-game flow is on Island Recruitment.

Reviewers are told when a new application arrives, and applicants are told when theirs is accepted, declined or closed. These arrive as Social notifications (Website Notifications).
Tips#
- Sort by Active now to find islands with people online.
- Read the headline and description: they say what the island expects.
- Island staff: bump the listing at least every 14 days, or it leaves the directory.
