Crates are reward chests that you open with a key. On Survival you get keys by voting, from quests and the Mystery Vault, and from the Store; each crate pays one or more random rewards from its own table. This page covers Survival specifics. Opening a crate#
- At a crate site. Keys say
Unlock this crate key at /warp crates: go to the crates warp, hold the key for the crate you want and right-click its crate. Left-click a key or a crate to see a preview of the rewards (previews have a 1 second cooldown). - Anywhere. Crates marked as openable anywhere (most seasonal crates) open when you right-click a block while holding their key. Sneak and right-click to open all the keys you carry for that crate in one go.

Vote Crate#
The Vote Crate is the everyday crate: its keys are free and its rewards are modest. Each opening gives one reward.

Each opening rolls one reward from 21 possible rewards: money from $500 to $2,500, Fly Time vouchers (5, 10 or 15 minutes), enchanted netherite gear, hoppers, iron and gold ingots, diamonds, a Safari Net, an XP Bottle and, rarely, a 50-use Sell Wand.
Spawner Crate#
The Spawner Crate is opened at the crates warp. Each opening gives one spawner from its table. Its keys can be offered through the Mystery Vault and the Store; check the Store for what is available now.

Seasonal crates and rerolls#
Seasonal and limited crates are sold in the Store while they run; their keys can be opened anywhere. Their rewards rotate, so check the Store and the crate preview for what is offered now.

Some seasonal crates let you pay gems to reroll a reward you do not like, up to 3 times: the three rerolls cost 899, 1,349 and 2,099 gems. If you cannot afford one you see You don't have enough gift card balance to reroll for <cost>.
