The Claim Market lets players sell claimed chunks to each other for money. A listing can hold one or many of your claims, buyers can pay the asking price straight away or make an offer, and the claims move to the buyer when the sale completes.
Open it with /market (alias /claimmarket).

Sell claims#
- Open
/market sell. Click claims to select them ("Click to select", then "Selected"). Claims that are already listed show "Already listed on market". - Leave the currency button on Money. Only Money listings are accepted.
- Click confirm. Enter a price in the "Enter Price" prompt, then an optional description of up to 200 characters.
- Review the confirmation: claims, price, fee and what you will receive, then confirm.

You must own every claim in the listing, and the claims must be in a world where claiming is allowed. A price of $0.01 or less is refused ("Price is too low to cover the listing fee.").

Buy a listing#
- Open
/marketand click a listing to see its details: the claims inside it, the seller and the price. Click a claim in the list to teleport to it and look before you buy. - Buy Now pays the asking price. The claims become yours at once.
- Make Offer asks for an amount in a prompt titled "Make an Offer".
- You cannot buy your own listing, and a purchase that would take you over your claim limit is refused ("Buying this listing would exceed your claim limit."). See Claim Limits.

- Accepting an offer completes the sale and returns the money of every other pending offer on that listing.
- You cannot offer on your own listing.
- Market alerts are on, so you are notified about activity on your listings and offers.
Removing a listing#
Open the listing from My Listings and click Remove Listing. Pending offers are refunded. If the claims change hands before a sale completes, the sale is cancelled with "Claim ownership has changed."
Tips#
- Put the claims you want to sell next to each other in one listing so a buyer takes a connected block.
- Check your claim limit first: a buyer without free slots cannot complete the purchase.
- Use the description to say what is built there.
