Resource Worlds

The three Survival resource worlds, overworld, Nether and End, how to enter them, that they reset every Sunday at 08:00, their 5,000-block size and what you can and cannot do there.

The resource worlds are fresh copies of the overworld, Nether and End that are wiped and regenerated every week. Gather as much as you like, then bring it home to the permanent worlds.

Facts#

WorldEnter withSize (X and Z)
Overworld resource world/rtp resources-2,500 to 2,500
Nether resource world/rtp nether-resources-2,500 to 2,500
End resource world/rtp end-resources-2,500 to 2,500

All three reset together every Sunday at 08:00 server time. The reset creates a new world with a new seed, so everything built or placed in it is removed.

How to enter#

  • /rtp resources, /rtp nether-resources or /rtp end-resources.
  • Or open /rtpmenu. The Overworld, Nether and End tabs each have a netherite pickaxe button (Overworld Resource World, Nether Resource World, End Resource World) that shows a Next Reset countdown.
  • Portals do nothing in resource worlds. Leave with /spawn, /home <name> or another /rtp.

Random teleports there keep more than 32 blocks from the world edge and at least 50 blocks from other players, as in the main worlds. See Homes and Teleports.
