Every pickaxe, axe, hoe, shears, fishing rod and utility enchant in Survival with rarity, max level, per-level numbers and sources.
Tool enchants are the custom enchants for pickaxes, axes, hoes, shears, fishing rods and the like in Survival. They mine bigger areas, fell trees, replant crops, collect and smelt drops, and give small boosts while you work. You buy their runes in the enchant shop with /enchantshop and apply the resulting books as described in Custom Enchanting. Survival rune prices: Common 10,000 XP, Uncommon 40,000 XP, Rare 100,000 XP, Legendary 200,000 XP.
Main hand. Enchants that react to breaking a block work with the enchanted tool in your main hand. Haste also works from the off hand.
Extra blocks. Blocks that an enchant breaks for you (Vein Miner, Blast Mining, Timber, Tree Feller, Bush Trimmer) are broken as if you had mined them, so they drop items and the drop enchants apply to them, but they cost no tool durability and do not count toward quest progress. They do not set off the area enchants again.
Block-breaking enchants cannot chain with each other, but drop enchants can: Telekinesis, Smelter and Compressed Miner work together on the same pickaxe.
None of the tool enchants has a cooldown.
A book needs a revealed level before it can be applied; see Enchanted Books.
Enchants for breaking blocks; all but Shatter Expert fit pickaxes only. "Rune" means the rune pool of its rarity; pages exist for the enchants with a link.
Always mines up to 50 connected blocks of the same ore
Rune, crates
Endstone Breaker, Slate Shatter and Shatter Expert make the block break instantly as soon as you start mining it, with the enchanted tool in your main hand. Endstone Breaker works on end stone only. Slate Shatter works on every deepslate block: deepslate, cobbled deepslate, polished deepslate, deepslate bricks and tiles, and the deepslate ores. Shatter Expert works on glass blocks and glass panes of every colour, glowstone, sea lanterns, beacons and redstone lamps; ordinary lanterns are not included. All three have a single level and no chance roll.
15% to 60% chance to chop down up to 50 connected logs
Rune
Bush Trimmer works when you break any leaf block with shears: one tick later it breaks up to 75 leaf blocks connected to that block, whatever their type. The sound of falling leaves plays on a success.

6% to 18% chance to cook a caught fish instantly
Rune
Haste gives a permanent Haste effect for as long as the item is in a hand, with no particles and no icon. Level I is Haste I, level III is Haste III. If both hands hold Haste items, the higher level counts.
Saturation keeps your hunger bar full while you work. One hunger point is half a drumstick. It stops as soon as the tool leaves your main hand.
Survivalist turns a freshly caught fish into its cooked version when a smelting recipe exists for it, so raw cod and raw salmon arrive cooked. Other catches are unchanged.
