Fishing enchants are the custom enchants for Fishing Rod fishing rods in Skyblock. They shorten the wait for a bite, multiply or add to what you catch, raise fishing XP, and can cook or sell the catch for you. There are seven, and every one of them works only while the rod is in your main hand.
Six of them come from runes bought with XP in the enchant shop (/enchantshop). Searcast is a KOTH enchant: it is not sold for XP and comes from the KOTH rune, a crate reward opened with a KOTH key, which you win by capturing the Inferno KOTH. See Runes for how runes and rune books work.

Runes give a random enchant of their rarity. The Common pool has 20 enchants, the Uncommon and Rare pools 12 each, and the Legendary pool 5, so a Legendary rune gives Big Catch one time in five. The KOTH rune picks one of the four KOTH enchants, so it gives Searcast one time in four. See level of the book for how likely each level is when a book is revealed.
Angler#
Angler is a Common rune enchant that shortens the wait before a fish bites. Each level removes 4 ticks from the bite timer when you cast, so level V removes 20 ticks (1 second). The reduction applies to the shortest and longest possible wait alike, and never takes the wait below zero.
Sea Lore#
Sea Lore is a Common rune enchant that raises the experience you get from fishing. Each level adds 100% to the XP of a catch, so level I doubles it and level V multiplies it by six. It applies when you reel in a catch.

Fishmonger#
Fishmonger is an Uncommon rune enchant with a single level. Every item you catch is sold on the spot at the shop's sell price and the money goes to your balance. Items the shop does not buy stay as a normal catch. Fishmonger runs after Twin Line, Big Catch and Searcast, so multiplied and cooked catches are sold in their final form.

Crate rods#
Rods from limited-time lootboxes can already carry fishing enchants. Each rod always comes with all four enchants listed, at a random level in the range shown. Crate gear can carry levels above the rune maximum of V; the same per-level numbers apply, so Sea Lore 20 multiplies fishing XP by 21 and Treasure 15 has a 60% chance per catch.
