The Void Chest (Auto-Seller) collects every item that passes through a connected hopper and sells it for money. It turns an automatic farm into income without any manual selling.
Getting it#
Buy it in /shop under Miscellaneous for $60,000,000. It includes a 30-minute battery (Batteries).
How it works#
- Place it below or beside a hopper that feeds it. Only items that have a positive sell price in the shop are accepted; anything else is refused by the hopper.
- Accepted items are sold in batches a few seconds after they arrive (about every 3 seconds, at most 30 seconds delayed) and the money is paid to the Void Chest's owner.
- Sales use the owner's normal sell price and bonuses (Sell Multipliers). The Island Booster Beacon adds its Sell boost to Void Chests inside its radius: x1.1, x1.2, x1.35 (Island Booster Beacon).
- It needs a battery. With a depleted battery the chest refuses items.
- A Void Chest cannot be made into a double chest ("You can't make a Void Chest a double chest."). Right-click to open its menu with the battery slot.
