Crops Mastery is the farming track of Island Mastery. Harvesting a fully grown crop gives 1 experience to that crop's element. Crops Mastery has 10 elements and every one is unlocked from the start.

Sell boosts are +0.4% per level on the listed item, so +30% at level 75. They multiply the base price (Sell Multipliers).
What counts as a harvest#
- The crop must be fully grown (age at maximum).
- Sugar cane, pumpkin, melon, cocoa and bamboo count only if the block was not placed in the last 24 hours, so replanting and instantly breaking gives nothing.
- Robots never award island mastery experience: Farmer robots harvest without giving Crops Mastery experience.
Where crops grow#
Crops can only be planted in their own dimension. Planting elsewhere is refused with "Wheat can only be planted in: Overworld" (with the crop and dimensions that apply).

Water and light#
Crops normally need water and light. Two island upgrades remove those needs: Waterless Crops (crops grow without nearby water) and Lightless Crops (crops grow in the dark). Each is bought as an island upgrade (level 2, $250,000); see Island Upgrades.
Growth speed#
The Crop Growth Boost island upgrade multiplies the growth speed of wheat, carrots, potatoes and beetroots: x1.05 at level 2 up to x3.0 at level 12 (Island Upgrades). The Island Booster Beacon adds its own growth boost for the same crops inside its radius: x1.15, x1.3 and x1.5 at beacon levels 0 to 2 (Island Booster Beacon). Crop growth boosters add to these. Other crops (melons, pumpkins, sugar cane, bamboo, cocoa, nether wart and the rest) grow at their normal speed.
