Tree Feller is a Legendary enchant for Diamond Axe axes. Each time you break a log with an enchanted axe it can roll to cut down the rest of the tree in one go.
How to get it#
Tree Feller comes from the Legendary rune, which costs 50,000 XP in the enchant shop. Prison's Legendary rune holds ten enchants and each is equally likely, so a given rune gives Tree Feller about 1 time in 10. The rune turns into an enchanted book with a random level from I to IV (every level equally likely in Prison), which you apply to an axe.
Effect#
- You break a log with an axe that carries Tree Feller in your main hand. The break must be a normal one, not a block that another enchant broke for you.
- The game rolls the chance for the axe's level. There is no base chance, only the 25% per level.
- On success, one tick later every log connected to the one you broke is cut, up to 50 logs. Logs count as connected when they touch on a side or diagonally on the same layer, and the logs closest to the first one are cut first. A wood-falling sound plays.
- The extra logs break as if you had mined them yourself: they drop as normal, they follow the same build protection as any other block you break, and they cost your axe no extra durability.
Only logs are cut. Leaves stay where they are, and a tree with more than 50 logs is only partly felled. Logs cut by Tree Feller never trigger Tree Feller again.
Levels#
| Level | Chance per log broken | Maximum logs cut |
|---|---|---|
| I | 25% | 50 |
| II | 50% | 50 |
| III | 75% | 50 |
| IV | 100% | 50 |
Notes and tips#
- Tree Feller is an axe enchant, so it can share an axe with sword and axe enchants such as Exhaust or Decapitator. An axe can carry each enchant only once.
- Prison's mines contain no logs, and mine blocks are mined through the mine system instead of normal block breaking, so Tree Feller only works on trees outside the mines. See Mines.
- The other tool enchants are listed on Prison Tool Enchants.
