Prestige Crate

The Prestige Crate is the crate you earn by prestiging your mine. Every prestige pays out Prestige Crate Keys, and each key opens the crate for three rewards: a head start for the rank climb that follows a prestige, a pickaxe upgrade and a bonus item.

How to get keys#

Prestige Crate Keys are paid out automatically each time you prestige. See Ranks for what a prestige costs and does. The number of keys grows with your prestige level:

Prestiging from 1 to 100 pays 739 keys in total. The key reads "Earned by prestiging your mine. Open it anywhere, or at /warp crates." The crate is not sold in the store.

Opening#

The Prestige Crate can be opened anywhere: hold the key and right-click a block, or use /crate openall Prestige to open up to 64 keys at once. You can also open it at the crates warp (/warp crates). It uses the Lootbox animation, with one floating item for each of its three rewards. Left-click a crate block to preview it. See Prison Crates for opening rules, bulk openings and delivery.

Each reward you win is announced in chat as "(player) found (reward) in the PRESTIGE CRATE". There is no opening announcement, and bulk openings are not announced.

What it contains#

Every opening rolls each of the three categories once, so you always get exactly one reward from each. The category chances below add up to 100% inside each category.

Head Start softens the rank reset after a prestige.

• Rank Skip, 100 ranks: 40%
• Rank Skip, 250 ranks: 25%
• Money Pouch, a random amount from $500,000,000 to $2,000,000,000: 25%
• Rank Skip, 500 ranks: 10%

Pickaxe gives enchant upgrades.

• Glitch Bomb Enchant Token, +10 levels, 100% apply chance: 30%
• Zeus Enchant Token, +5 levels, 100% apply chance: 25%
• 5 Mystery Dust (each adds 25% apply chance to an enchant token): 20%
• Beacon Rush Enchant Token, +2 levels, 25% apply chance: 15%
• Nuke Enchant Token, +1 level, 10% apply chance: 10%

Bonus gives pouches, boosters and toys.

• Tokens Pouch, a random amount from 100,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 tokens: 25%
• 250,000 Beacons: 20%
• Token Booster (90 minutes), 2x tokens: 20%
• Money Booster (90 minutes), 2x money: 15%
• 4 Mine Bombs, radius 15: 13%
• 8 Grenades, radius 10: 7%

There are no guaranteed or pity rewards on this crate and no milestones.
