Night Goggles is a Legendary enchant for Diamond Helmet helmets. While you wear an enchanted helmet you have Night Vision, with no timer to run out.
How to get it#
Night Goggles comes from the Legendary rune, which costs 50,000 XP in the enchant shop. Prison's Legendary rune holds ten enchants and each is equally likely, so a given rune gives Night Goggles about 1 time in 10. Night Goggles has a single level, so its enchanted book comes ready at level I and fits any helmet.
Effect#
- When you put on a helmet that carries Night Goggles, you gain the Night Vision effect. It has no duration, and it shows no particles and no effect icon.
- Taking the helmet off removes the effect again.
- If you already have Night Vision of the same or higher strength when you equip the helmet, the enchant leaves it alone.
- There is no chance roll and no cooldown.
Notes and tips#
- The Prison pickaxe has its own, separate Night Vision enchant, which is bought with tokens; see Pickaxe Enchants.
- An item can hold Night Goggles only once. See Prison Armor Enchants for the other armor enchants.
