Mystery Vaults are key-based reward vaults for PvP gear. Lifesteal has two: the Titan Mystery Vault, described as "the ultimate PvP vault", and the Gladiator Mystery Vault, described as a "PvP mystery vault". Each key opens a vault with 28 hidden slots, of which you pick a few to claim. See Mystery Vault for the system on every mode.
Keys#
A vault key is a tripwire hook named after its vault. Right-click it to open the vault and left-click it to preview the rewards.

Previewing has a short cooldown: "You must wait {time} before previewing another vault!"
Opening a vault#
- Right-click the key. One key is taken from your inventory. You can only run one vault at a time: "You already have an active Mystery Vault in progress! Complete it first." If you have no key you see "You don't have a key required to open this vault!"
- Roll your picks (optional). A menu titled "Mystery Vault - 2 Picks" starts you at 2 picks. Click Roll and the number moves up or down by one with equal chance. Because the limits are 1 and 3, one roll from 2 always lands on a limit: 50% for 3 picks and 50% for 1 pick. Landing on a limit opens the vault straight away. Click Keep instead to stop and open the vault with your current picks.
- Pick slots. The vault shows 28 hidden slots. Click a slot to reveal it. You claim exactly as many slots as you have picks.
- Claim. When you have used your last pick every slot is revealed, so you can see what you missed, and the rewards from the slots you picked are given to you.
You cannot close the menus until you have finished: "You cannot close this menu until you've finished your Mystery Vault!" If you disconnect or the server restarts mid-vault, you are offered your vault again on your next login ("Resuming your Mystery Vault session..."), or any picks you had already made are claimed for you ("Your Mystery Vault session expired. Picked rewards have been claimed.").
The server announces the opening ("TITAN VAULT | {player} is opening a vault!") and each reward you find ("TITAN VAULT | {player} found {reward}!"). The Gladiator vault announces itself the same way.
How the rewards are chosen#
Each of the 28 slots is rolled separately from the vault's reward list, using the weights below. Rolls can repeat, so the same reward can sit in several slots. The chance shown is the chance for a single slot.

What the rewards do#
- Masks, suits and blades are the vault's top prizes; their bonuses are the numbers in their descriptions above. A suit only gives its full bonus with all four pieces.
- Suit Shards and Upgrade Shards are upgrade items for suits and custom weapons.
- Pet vouchers redeem for a pet with the stated damage or reduction bonus.
- Extraction Scrolls are enchant tools. See Lifesteal Enchants.
- Clan Points Booster items give your clan points a multiplier for 90 minutes. See Clan Leaderboard and Points.
Tips#
- Keeping gives you 2 picks for certain. Rolling gives you 1 or 3 picks with equal chance, so it is only worth it if you value the chance of a third pick more than the risk of dropping to one.
- The slots are rolled when you open the vault, so the order in which you pick them does not change what is behind each one.
