The Heart is the item form of a single heart on Lifesteal. It looks like an apple with a bold red name, and its lore shows how many hearts it gives, which is 1 for every Heart players can get. Right-clicking it consumes one Heart and adds one heart to your total, raising your maximum health by one heart icon (2 HP). Hearts stack like apples, up to 64.
How to get hearts#

The result is one Heart. Eight diamond blocks sell to the shop for more than the $25,000 a Heart costs there, so buying a Heart is usually the cheaper route.

Every kit that holds hearts gives that many Heart items, each worth 1 heart. Claim kits with /kits. For the other kit contents see Kits.

Rank kits need the rank of the same name. The TikTok kit needs a linked Discord account and marketing email consent.

Using a Heart#
- Hold the Heart and right-click.
- If your hearts are below your maximum, one Heart is consumed and your hearts rise by 1.
- If you are already at your maximum, nothing is consumed and you see: "You cannot redeem a heart right now! You've reached the limit! Increase your limit using /prestige".

Trading and risk#
Heart items are normal items. You can drop them or trade them to other players. Like any other item you carry, a Heart can be lost to the player who kills you, so redeem or store spare Hearts before PvP.
