Custom items in Lifesteal are the special items added by the server: a wand that sells whole containers, loot pouches and the Spawner Wrench. None of them can be crafted; they come from the shop, crates and other rewards.

Wands are right-click tools with a limited number of uses: the Uses line on the item shows how many are left, and an Infinite wand never runs out. Wands do not stack.
The /condense command (alias /blocks) compresses the items in your own inventory into storage blocks. It is a rank perk; see Donor Ranks.
