The End is Lifesteal's third dimension. It is one world 50,000 by 50,000 blocks in size, centred on 0, 0, on Hard difficulty. The random teleport menu calls it "EXTREME DANGER - PvP Active" and describes it as a place to farm Endermen, find End cities and ships and "Explore the void dimension".
Getting there#

Leaving#
Jumping into the exit portal sends you back to your respawn location in the Overworld.
