Tank Kit

The Tank clan kit on Lifesteal, activated by a full copper armor set, which trades damage output for heavy damage resistance.

The Tank Kit is a clan kit for players who want to absorb damage while their team fights. It activates when you wear a full set of copper armor and gives you permanent passive effects that make you much harder to kill, at the price of dealing less damage and moving slowly.

Activating the kit#

Wear a copper helmet, copper chestplate, copper leggings and copper boots at the same time. The game confirms with "You have equipped the Tank Kit!" Taking off any piece ends the kit with "You have unequipped the Tank Kit!" The kit also starts when you log in already wearing the full set.

If more than 3 of your clanmates in the same section of the world already have the Tank Kit active, you see "Your clan has reached the maximum amount of Tank Kits that can be equipped!" and the effects do not apply. See Clan Kits for how the cap is counted.

Passive effects#

The effects are renewed every second for as long as the kit is active.

EffectLevelWhat it does
ResistanceIVReduces the damage you take
WeaknessIIReduces the damage you deal
SlownessISlows your movement

Levels are shown the way the game shows them in the kit menu. Effects you already had from other sources, such as a stronger potion, are kept and restored when the kit effect ends.

Tank Kit menu#

/tank opens a one-slot menu titled Tank Kit. The item is a copper helmet with this description: "Activate the Tank Kit by equipping a full Copper Armor set!", "This custom PvP-class is the ultimate tool to assisting your clan members." It then lists the passive effects and ends with "The goal of this kit is to soak up damage for your team!" The menu does not give you armor or an ability.

Tips#

  • Keep one or two Tanks in front of your clan when it holds a KOTH or a Siege arena. See Siege.
  • Pair a Tank with the Healer Kit for sustained fights.
  • The Tank Kit has a clan cap of 3, so decide who tanks before a fight.
