Clan warps are named teleport points that belong to a clan. They are the clan's equivalent of homes: a Co-Leader or Leader sets a warp where the clan wants to meet, and every member can teleport to it.
Commands#
| Command | Who | What it does |
|---|---|---|
/clan warp <name> | Every member | Teleports you to the warp after a short warmup. |
/clan setwarp <name> | Co-Leader, Leader | Creates a warp at the spot where you are standing. |
/clan delwarp <name> (alias /clan deletewarp) | Co-Leader, Leader | Removes a warp. |
Warp names are matched without regard to upper and lower case, and pressing Tab after /clan warp suggests the names your clan has. When a warp is created or deleted the whole clan sees "{player} created the warp {name}." or "{player} deleted the warp {name}."
Warp names#
A warp name must be 3 to 16 characters long and use only letters and numbers. Otherwise the game answers "Invalid warp name. It must be between 3 and 16 characters, and can only contain letters and numbers."
Each name can only be used once per clan. Setting a warp does not move an existing one. To relocate a warp, delete it and create it again.
Warp limit#
The number of warps a clan can hold is its Warp Limit, which comes from the ranks of the clan's members. /clan info and the Clan Information item in the /clan menu show it. The in-game rank menus list 2 clan warps for Overlord and Immortal and 3 clan warps for Wraith, Reaper and Netherite. A clan with a limit of 0 cannot create warps. When the limit is reached, or when a name is already taken, /clan setwarp <name> answers "You have reached the warp limit." See Clan Roles and Permissions.
Where you can set a warp#
You cannot create a warp in areas where homes cannot be set. In those places the game answers "You cannot set clan warps here!" Warps can be set anywhere else on Lifesteal, and /clan warp <name> takes you to the warp's position, wherever it is.
Teleporting#
Using a warp starts a 3-second warmup. The teleport is cancelled with "Teleport cancelled! You moved." if you move, or with "Teleport cancelled! You took damage." if you are hit. When the warmup finishes you see "Warping to {name}..." and the teleport happens. If the teleport cannot be completed the game answers "Teleport failed. Try again in a few seconds."
While you are combat tagged (30 seconds after a hit) every command except /msg is blocked, which includes /clan warp <name>. See Combat Tag.
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| No warp with that name exists. | Your clan has no warp with that name. |
| You do not have permission to perform this action. | Your role cannot set or delete warps. |
| You need a clan to use this. Create one with /clan create. | You are not in a clan. |
