The Mob Summoner is a beacon that doubles the spawn rate of spawners around it. Place it near your spawners and they produce twice as many mobs for as long as it has battery time.
How to get it#
Mob Summoners are rewards in limited-time lootboxes and are not sold or crafted. A new one starts with 24 or 48 hours of battery time, depending on the lootbox it came from.
How to use it#
- Place the Mob Summoner (a
Beacon block) within 16 blocks of the spawners you want to boost.
- Right-click it to open its menu and see its remaining battery time.
How it works#
- Radius: 16 blocks around the block.
- Effect: spawners inside the radius spawn at twice their normal rate (x2).
- Several Mob Summoners in range do not stack: one powered summoner in range is a single doubling.
- It only works while it has battery time.
