Find a town that's recruiting on Survival

Browse towns that are recruiting, send a join request, and manage your own town's listing with `/town recruit`.

Browse every town that is recruiting with /town browse — each listing shows the town name and its recruitment description, and clicking a town sends a join request.
While your request is pending the listing reads “Request pending – click to withdraw”, and clicking it again takes the request back.
Mayors and anyone with the town invite permission use /town recruit to turn recruitment on or off and set a description of up to 128 characters, or /town requests to accept or decline requests.

A join request never adds you to a town by itself — the town still has to accept it, and invitations work exactly as before.
