You can now open support tickets directly in game with /ticket, without leaving the server.

  • You can now open support tickets directly in game with /ticket.
  • Type /ticket to pick from the same ticket types you find on the website, or type the ticket type and your message right after /ticket to start one straight away, with tab completion for the type.
  • You write your message privately in chat, then check a preview before you submit it, and you can edit or cancel at any point.
  • If a draft times out, type /ticket again to pick up where you left off.
  • Once you submit, you get your ticket number and a link to follow up on the website.
