/spawner collect keeps overflow in your spawner
Items that don't fit in your inventory when you use /spawner collect now stay in the spawner instead of dropping on the ground.
/spawner collectno longer drops items on the ground when your inventory is full. Whatever doesn't fit stays in your spawner until you have room.
This brings the command in line with the Collect Items button in the spawner menu.
