Sell virtual spawner drops with a normal sell wand

Key changes

• Use a normal sell wand on a virtual spawner and it sells the drops stored inside.
• Only the items that sell are taken from the spawner, and your existing spawner access and sell multiplier still apply.
• Each sale uses one of the wand's remaining uses, and chat tells you how many items sold and how much you earned.
