Constellation Pickaxe targets are now easy to spot

Constellation Pickaxe targets now show a particle outline and a beam above your mine, plus a glow through walls on Java, and only you can see them.

Constellation Pickaxe targets are now easy to spot: each one gets a colored particle outline around the block and a particle beam rising above your mine.
On Java you also see a colored glow on each target through walls, so you can find it behind other blocks.
Bedrock players get the outline and beam too; the glow through walls is Java only.
Only you see your own targets now, instead of everyone nearby.
A target's marker disappears as soon as the block is gone, even when an enchant or something else breaks it instead of your pickaxe.
The glow never gets in the way of your clicks or mining. Perfect Pitch ore outlines use the same glow, so they now sit slightly inside the ore and never catch your hits either.
