Wavewalker now gives Bedrock players a real swimming speed boost: while you swim, it pushes you forward in the direction you are looking.
Wavewalker's cooldown now starts only once the boost actually applies, so you no longer lose a charge when nothing happened.

On Bedrock the boost kicks in when you start swimming, not just when you touch water, so you get the full duration where it counts.
