Connection servers no longer fill up and risk dropping you

The servers that carry your connection to Netherite now clean up after every login, so their memory stays flat no matter how long they run.

Key changes

  • The servers you connect through, the ones that move you between the hub and every gamemode, kept a little memory behind each time a connection closed partway through logging in.
  • Over a few days that added up until a server was nearly full, and a full one would crash and disconnect everyone on it at once.
  • That memory is now cleaned up as it happens, so these servers stay stable however long they run.
  • If you have stayed connected since before Saturday 10 October, 23:00 UTC, rejoin once to move onto the fixed servers.
