KOTH events start on schedule again after restarts
King of the Hill now starts on its own schedule after a server restart, and never starts a second KOTH while one is already running.
- King of the Hill now starts on its regular schedule after a server restart on Survival, Skyblock and Lifesteal, with no staff start needed.
- If a KOTH is already running when the next one is due, the next one waits until that event ends instead of starting a second one alongside it.
KOTH timing, capture rules and rewards are the same as before.
