Survival map: real trees and clear water in the wilderness

Wilderness forests on the Survival map now stand as tree canopies over the ground, and lakes are see-through down to their floor.

Key changes

Forests in the wilderness now draw as leaf canopies with trunks and ground beneath, instead of solid green walls
Lakes and rivers in the wilderness are see-through down to the real floor, like the water in built-up areas
Dark, unlit patches in some built-up areas are being repaired
No more lines running through spawn along x 0 and z 0
No more thin lines where detailed areas meet the wilderness

The map is redrawing the wilderness now, starting around spawn, so forests and lakes fill in across the whole map over the next day.
