Submit suggestions in game with /suggestion

• Type /suggestion <your idea> on Survival, Skyblock, Prison or Lifesteal to post it straight to the website under your own account.
• Your suggestion lands in the category of the game mode you are playing, and you get a clickable link to open it right away.
• Suggestions go through the chat filter, there is a short cooldown between posts, and sending the same idea twice is refused.

Not available in the hub, since it has no suggestion category of its own.
