Placed crates survive restarts and Grapeshot bolts stay unpickable

Key changes

• Crates that are set up now stay in place after a server restart, so they no longer have to be set up again every time the server comes back up.
• If a crate cannot be saved, the setup is undone straight away, so a crate never looks placed only to disappear later.
• The extra spectral arrows Grapeshot fires can no longer be picked up, so the enchant stops refilling your quiver for free.
• Your own arrow is left alone, and Grapeshot damage, range, bolt count and cooldown are unchanged.
