Redstone category arrives in Lifesteal's /shop

• Added a Redstone category to Lifesteal's /shop for redstone components.
• It stocks 23 items, including dust and blocks, torches, lamps, levers, pistons, observers, repeaters, comparators, dispensers, droppers, hoppers and rails.
• Redstone dust and redstone blocks moved here from the Ores category, with their buy and sell prices unchanged.
• The other 21 components can be bought but not sold back, so you can pick them up straight from the category.
• Other modes' shops and prices are unchanged, and no farm sell prices moved.

The category sits alongside the others in /shop, so it's an easy first stop when you're wiring up a farm, a door or a rail line.
