Sculk shriekers in the Lifesteal End no longer summon ordinary Wardens, so Fragment Frenzy stays focused on the Fragment Guardian.
The Fragment Guardian still appears, and the fight and its drops are unchanged.
Wardens you summon yourself with a spawn egg, a spawner or /summon still appear as normal.
This applies across the whole Lifesteal End, not only while a frenzy is running.
