Last Breath Token now cheats death

• Carry a Last Breath Token and a killing blow no longer ends you: one token is used up and you stay alive with 3 hearts.
• When a token saves you, you lose no heart, keep your whole inventory, and your attacker gets no kill.
• Each token saves you once, with no immunity afterwards; the next killing blow uses your next token.
• A Totem of Undying in your hand still saves you first, and your token is kept.
• The void, the world border and /kill cannot be stopped; there a token still saves you from elimination, as before.

You see the totem animation when a token saves you, and your own potion effects stay as they were. Tokens you already own work the new way, and their description updates the next time you log in with them in your inventory.
