Clearer island Nether and End travel
Traveling to your island's Nether or End now tells you plainly when the island is unavailable, and those worlds stay with your island so chunk loaders keep working.
- When your island can't be reached right now, traveling to its Nether or End now tells you "This island is unavailable right now. Try again in a moment." instead of failing with an unclear teleport error.
- Your island's Nether and End now always load together with your island, so chunk loaders in those dimensions keep running.
