Collector menu gets its Enhancements button back

• The Collector menu has an Enhancements button again. It opens the Enhancements menu, where you apply collector enhancements such as Nightfall Frenzy.
• The button is there on every Collector tier: normal, epic and legendary.

Nightfall Frenzy makes your Collector's damage ticks 75% faster and doubles its damage. Each Collector has 3 enhancement slots.
