/ah sell menu and combat log save fixes

/ah sell opens the sell menu again, combat logging no longer brings back an older save, and the loan collateral limit now has its own message.

With auction bidding on, /ah sell now opens the menu where you choose a fixed price or an auction, instead of failing.
If you log out during combat, the inventory you leave behind no longer overwrites a newer save of your player data with an older copy.
If you offer more cosmetics as loan collateral than allowed, you are now told the limit, instead of being told you have too many active proposals.
